   3. 0 has 4k pages of results
   4. "1234" has 5 pages of results
5. retired parcels (use "include historical" checkbox)
   1. search drop down should show parcel retire date for retired parcels
   2. search for 5678007
   3. search for 5678 then use paging
6. parcels with no geometry  (enter "5678007")
7. click magnifying glass
8. results include retired and unretired parcels
