In most text fields, you can use Heading 3 or Heading 4 for headers.
The heading formats are based on the SF.gov design theme.
Bulleted or Numbered Lists

Select your text, and then click the insert ordered list button.

If the page URL does not start with
sf.gov/, copy the URL of the page you want to link to and paste it in the URL field

If the URL starts with
sf.gov/, you can type in its page title. Potential pages will appear as a dropdown underneath. Select the page you want to link.
To link to a page on the same site, start typing the path of the relative URL beginning with the slash ( / ).
To link to a Document on your site, you need to select the PDF icon. A URL like
/node/[ID number]will appear. Use this link. (It helps Drupal point people to the right page if they look are looking at the site in another language.)
Click Save.
