The streets and parcels are refreshed from Department of Public works every night. The imagery basemap is from 2018.
Street Numbering Rules
In some cases it will not be obvious what street number you should use.

When you add a unit to the base address, make sure that, if the unit is linked to a parcel, unlink the base address from that parcel. Is this always the case? Example: 2169 FOLSOM ST.
Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Addresses
Addresses on Treasure Island should be assigned to Assessor Parcel Number 1939001. This is the only legal parcel for Treasure Island and so it is the only parcel that the assessor recognizes.

Most of the Treasure Island addresses from DBI's Address Verification System (AVS) were not imported into EAS because they use invalid parcels. These invalid parcels were created (for legacy reasons) by planning and then used by DBI for permitting. Because these are not legal parcels, we shall not create new addresses using these parcels.
Legacy Many of the legacy (old) Treasure Island addresses in AVS can be identified by street names that end in " T.I."- TI"; they also are associated with invalid parcel numbers beginning in 8004 through8078. Treasure Island addresses that flow into AVS from EAS can be identified by the use of the Treasure Island parcel: 1939001.

For Yerba Buena Island addresses, the legacy addresses are associated with invalid parcel number beginning in 8314 through 8330, with one address at APN 8513/001 (195 NIMITZ). Yerba Buena Island addresses that flow into AVS from EAS can be identified by the use of the Yerba Buena Island parcel: 1939002.
