The content management system (CMS) for SF.gov is Drupal.

If you’re a City employee, you can login with your DSW# and password, just as you do for the SF Employee Portal. If you’re not a City employee, you can log in with Once you’ve completed your trainings and your sample page has been approved, you should receive your SF.gov username and password login credentials.

Instructions

  1. Go to https://sf.gov/user/login

  2. Click the Log in button, if you’re a City employee. If you’re not a City employee, use this link to log in with your SF.gov username and password.

  3. You will be redirected to this City-branded page

    On that page, log in . Login using your existing DSW# and password combination.
    (You’ll need to use your chosen method of 2-factor authentication, just like when as you log in to do your timesheet.)do for the SF Employee Portal.

  4. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to SF.gov. You you can access your content or add new content from the quick links.

    There will be a dark gray admin bar running across the top of all pages on SF.gov:

  5. Click on the Content tab at the top left corner to see a content dashboard.
