geoserver upgrade

We must be root for each of the following steps.

sudo su - root

install the latest version of java

Add these lines to ~root/.bashrc

PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH  
export PATH

install JAI

cp jai-1_1_3-lib-linux-amd64-jre.bin /usr/java/jre1.7.0
cd /usr/java/jre1.7.0
sh jai-1_1_3-lib-linux-amd64-jre.bin

install tomcat 7
