Tasks
1) modify python FmeCommand class to support URL access
It currently uses command line access - which we should keep.
Alternatively, we could write a separate class.
2) install putty and python on FME host
3) deploy code and keys on FME host
4) write new code for FME authentication
5) test all workspaces
