Conditionals

Use conditionals to show additional questions, depending on the applicant’s answers.

Conditionals help applicants understand “if, then” parts of the form. They won’t have to read an entire question to understand if they have to answer it.

Do you have a dog?

Dog breed [text input or radio button]

Don’t Do

If you have a dog, tell us the breed.

Questions about change

When a user has to refer to another field to answer a field, the conditional question should appear on the same page.
