Meeting
Use for a public meeting held by a public body, with agenda and minutes.
Goals | Inform the public about what will be covered in upcoming public meetings, as well as provide a place to learn what happened in past meetings. |
---|---|
Audience | Members of the public, most likely with a special interest in a public body or topic. |
How it works | Tag a Meeting with an Agency page, and it will appear on the Agency page automatically. You can attach meeting minutes, reports, or presentations in the agenda. If you have a video of the meeting, you can add the link at the bottom of the page. The video link will appear as a button. If the meeting is online, select Online for meeting location, and then add the URL. You can mark a Meeting as cancelled (and it will not delete the meeting). If you do not want to use the template on SF.gov, this content type includes a URL field for an off-site page to redirect to. You can clone meetings to save time. Repeated content like the Sunshine Ordinance can be in an accordion. Remember to check and update attachments and links for cloned meetings. |
