1.0 Release
We are now in our production env!
All ETLs are running including AVS Reload.

Review report (see attached) and examine results.
We need DBI to steer improvements.
I think we can increase the retirement successes without much more cost.
Can we get create date and retire date in the export file?
Announce 1.0 Release
We need to announce our 1.0 Release for the budget cycle.
Would DBI be willing to join us in a COIT meeting to announce this release?
We could, as well, present the larger picture - such as the 1.1 plans, the new permitting system, etc.
