Use this content type for committees, commissions, task forces, and boards.

Goals

Give the public access and keep them informed of the work being done by the City’s public bodies.

Audience

San Franciscans.

City staff and committee members looking for meeting agenda published by public bodies

How it works

You can set up a main public body page, and then add your subcommittees as individual public bodies. Once you finish, you can add your subcommittees to your main public body page.

You can add related links, topics, or external sites, as “tiles“ in the Resources section. You can also attach downloadable files in the Resources section, like PDFs.

Past meetings and upcoming meetings show up automatically on the public body page. There may be a lag between the time you finish creating the meetings and the time they show up on the main page.

There are currently no automatically generated lists or links to public bodies.

Notes

Create a person for each commissioner as content type = person. You won’t see a page for the person you have created yet - we will build that content type soon.
