Steps

1. Clone production environment in 3Tera and label as development

2. Apply changes to development

3. Test (user acceptance, stress/load testing)

4. Defect resolution and sign off

5. Stop development environment

6. Schedule down-time with business owner(s)

7. Apply changes to production

8. User acceptance and sign off
