Share draft pages (Preview link)

If you have a draft page on SF.gov, or you’ve made changes to a page and the changes are in draft, you can share the page before it’s published.

  1. Sign into SF.gov (SF.gov/user)

  2. Navigate to the page you want to send, and use the tabs at the top of the page to get to the Preview links menu

 

  1. From the Preview links menu, use the Generate button if you don’t see the URL

  2. Once you have the URL, copy the full text (use CTR+A or CMD+A with your curser in the box to make sure you have all of the URL

  3. Send that URL (the Preview link) to anyone you want to see your draft page

Note: The preview link will always show your most recent draft. So you do not need to resend the link as you update the page.
